KPHO is a pretty decent shop, getting less agressive than they used to be. Not as aggressive on breaking enws and the News Director is constantly scared of lawsuits (so forget about those good, controversial investigations). They had a good book at 10PM, but mornings are in the crapper, Noon is down and the 5 & 630 are pretty much flat. They have some relly good folks there (but losing good people almost every month). The morale is fair, management is supportive and Phoenix is great.
