....you have to know what you are doing.
You need people with insight and strategy running the place. That isn't the case with CNN these days.

CNN appears to be flailing about.
We've seen this in local news when the number three station is in a constant state of change, seemingly for its own sake.
It never works. It's an ego thing and a rookie mistake for rookie ND's or GM's to change everything. Viewers don't see it that way. For the first time in 20 years, MSNBC has become my first choice for cable news, as I am so pissed at CNN for removing "Crossfire". The broadcast could have been improved. Taking it off the air was a reactive mistake. A rookie mistake.
