fair enough - but I'm sticking to two points.
1) Salaried employees knew what they were getting into when they pleaded for their jobs....and unless they ask ahead of time, they're pretty damn ballsy to ask for OT.
2) Nobody cares to hear half you losers complain that you don't make any money in this business. None of us do, and if you don't like it, leave and get into real estate. You'll free up an open position for someone who really loves the business despite the pay. |

First, I didn't beg for my job. I beat out a hell of a lot of other people for it. For that, I'd like to be properly compensated. No one pays me to stay on my couch and watch "Seinfeld" re-runs, so no manager should expect an employee to work for free.
And second, I have not complained yet that my current employer pays me too little. I'm doing alright, actually.
