Its sad that whenever someone is mentioned by name in a thread someone is going to talk shit about them.
Mgt at KOIN, whether you liked them or not, really, they were probably not assholes.
Mike Rausch is probably a fine man.
Rod Gramer doesn't get mentioned much but if he left town it wouldn't take long for someone to M-F him.
And it happens all the time

90% of the contributors here are losers, worrying why they were passed over, at their station or another one, for the job they wanted.
So the easy way out is to bash the boss, or the talent that got the job, not take personal responsibility for their own shortcomings.
It's so easy when you are anonymous. Let people have to use real names, and they board would dry up. Not because of fear of the boss, but because they are afraid to give their opinions...scared folks, who dont realize thats why they lose in the first place...the fear of being themselves, being real. The public knows it, managers too, and so the fakery doesnt work.
