I just heard this over the weekend. Wow. KCRA employees in the newsroom are now being encouraged to write phoney in house "viewer qoutes" so they have something to use on a new viewer e-mail segment on Q58.
Seems nobody was writing in this past week, so Weiser is having the writers fabricate comments for air during their Q58 segment.
What's to stop the mighty KCRA News Dept. from fabricating sound bites next??
This has got to be a new low for Sacramento TV
