Perhaps you are a salaried employee who assumed that all others are, too??
That's the only thing I can think of, without assuming you are the biggest idiot, ever.
I am a salaried worker and I don't mark down times, I just mark down that I worked that day -- but I'd absolutely INSIST that my hourly counterparts put all the hours they worked down on that timecard. Every time you fail to do that, you make it tougher on other people who actually DO report their hours honestly. Good luck in management. I'm sure you'll be great. |

fair enough - but I'm sticking to two points.
1) Salaried employees knew what they were getting into when they pleaded for their jobs....and unless they ask ahead of time, they're pretty damn ballsy to ask for OT.
2) Nobody cares to hear half you losers complain that you don't make any money in this business. None of us do, and if you don't like it, leave and get into real estate. You'll free up an open position for someone who really loves the business despite the pay.
