The old CBS-FM format is indeed being streamed online; there are bountiful links to the stream at wcbsfm.com. The only announced departures as a result of the format change are PD Dave Logan and morning man Mickey Dolenz. And according to VP/GM Chad Brown the format will become available as a subchannel on WCBS-FM's HD Radio signal. For the record, I'm not making a value judgment on the wisdom of dumping Oldies and going Jack. |

you obviously missed her attribution of "the day the music died" to baby boomers upet with the change.
she said in her tag she couldn't get the other side on camera, but some young people told her they were quite happy with the change. listen to the WHOLE report, not part of it.
