A jury of 12 people heard the evidence and decided Wayne Williams fate. One appeals court after the other has reaffirmed his conviction, year after year after year. No one has been able to prove convincingly that he is not guilty of at least two murders. But right here, lurking on an internet web site, is the one human being with the proof to clear Wayne Williams!!! Hey, offer yourself up as his attorney, or his private investigator. Get your ass off of an internet message board and go to court. Either that, or shut the hell up. |

Wayne Williams'habeas case is now before a Federal Court in Atlanta.
DNA testing on blood samples is about to begin.
This story is about what the jury, which convicted Williams in 1982 DIDNT hear.
This includes "Brady" material; exculpatory evidence..such as the Clifford Jones Case and the murder suspect in that case, James Brooks, who failed three polygraph tests.
This is about the FACTS, not about "one human being with the proof to clear Wayne Willims." What an ignorant statement you've made; Bushwoodadump.
