Reporter and cameraman traveled to FL for hurricane coverage. They billed for 12-14 hour days. Air fare, hotel, fuel, batteries, etc. and one meal per day were covered. Hope this helps. |

You're nuts. Traveling is not a priveledge, it's work. I know it's part of my job, and I expect to be paid for my work.
Again, this is not charity work. I'm in this to support my family and get paid, not to donate my wages, to the station. If they can't afford to pay employees for their work, they must have much bigger problems to deal with.
