We have a winner! People at KPRC have me convinced the ND there is by far the worst in town. Its been more than a few years since I worked there but the stories continue to only get worse. In my opinion, unless you were one of her revolving "newsroom pets" (and this was way before Radar), she was difficult to communicate with, never looked you in the eye, never gave straight answers, said she didn't like your work but never gave any constructive criticism or suggestions that didn't come from research or the consultants. Never demonstrated good news judgement that involoved anything other than police chases and :severe" weather. Not a newsroom leader, thinker, teacher, motivator, mentor. By far, the worst news director I've had (in more than 13 years in the biz).
