Topic Name: WCBS TV Major news overhaul Message Name: 5 year plan Date Posted: 06/05/2005 In Reply To: What is the "5 year plan?" Can you elaborate? We've heard this phrase in our Viacom shop. Message: I don't know if WCBS has one, but TV managers sometimes make a 5 year plan to get to the top. Harkens back to Stalin, who used them as goals to up production under communism.
