I seem to remember many pundits, from both sides of the aisle, referring to our President as "dumb like a fox" as in he was simply lulling everyone into thinking that he was not bright and was going to run roughshod over the process.
Now, granted, he has been re-elected, and his party runs the 3 prongs of government (and some portion of the media) yet I haven't heard many claims recently touting GW's stealth brilliance. Does that represent a shift in the national perception, or is it likely that many have realized that a bag of hammers and GW is a toss up for class president, or did he prove them right? Is he really very bright?
