these are serious posts. Im tired of people who think you have to be negative all the time. There ARE people in this business that are plenty happy and have had wonderful experiences at stations and with certain bosses. |

I actually like to think that I can weed out the kiss-ass posts from the real-deal. I've had news directors who are psychotic. I've had news directors who are honest and hard working. It's interesting to read about others' experiences. So go away already.
