I see your posts all over the place,,,,,,and I agree and/or like what you write,,,but girlfriend, you (like most of the idiots in tv news)need to figure out the difference between singular and plural. You wrote "there's 2 sides to every story." You need to write "there are" or "there're" 2 sides to every story. I usually don't nitpick, but I see this problem in news copy all over the country,,and it makes me wonder if everyone in TV news is stupid. And please, don't reply by telling me you type fast,,,,,,or since you are posting on an internet board, you don't pay attention. Anyone who writes this way clearly does not know it's BAD GRAMMAR. |
