I always view these kinds of posts with a bit of skepticism. The people who answer are usually serious ass kissers or they??re ND??s who want to vote for themselves.
The subject is too subjective. I??ve seen people that some say are great news directors??.and I happen to know they are big time ass wholes who ran over anything and everything in their path.
Let??s keep this board more objective.

everything posted here is scientifically objective? Nothing anybody writes in the Watercooler is subjective? You know the answers. Your own post is subjective.
I'll agree with you that just because someone writes John Doe is a nice guy doesn't mean you or I will perceive him that way. But, chances are pretty high that if I write convincingly that WAAA is a great place to work, there are some positive things about it. But, c'mon, I don't think a news director is going to post just to promote themselves. And who would write to kiss up to a news director when the people who write here are anonymous? I think a post like this can be useful because it can actually be educational; learning from others' experiences.
