Topic Name: TV SPORTS Message Name: Morning Shows Date Posted: 06/03/2005 In Reply To: Our guys get 2:30 at 6:00 and 3 minutes at 10:00. They'll get more on big sports days. The Fox station in town does about 6:00 I think. But they do a one hour show. Message: I agree with the above post that local coverage can generate viewers as well as income for a station. But how do you convience a hesitant ND or GM for that matter? I work in a top 25 and we only get 1:30 during the week and 3 on the weekends.
