Maybe someone is out because they are now combining on-air weatherperson and studio camera positions..So you can run your own studio camera and then around in front and do the stupid chromakey, then change your shot with the camera and run back..
I mean, one-man wx is perfectly acceptable in this day and age, isn't it?

i guess that was a joke... kron has robo's... no studio cam ops... do you really think the 5/6 market still has studio cam ops??? chew nuts! they've been out of work for years
