With over 15 years of avid experience and working on movies in LA, I have to say that you're wrong. Creative process is done by the ONLINE LINE EDITOR. Hence they're PAID MORE. I cant seen an assistant editor doing half the effects that I do. That just doesnt happen, in LA my dear.

You are so very wrong *dear*...so very wrong. The online process is the FINAL phase in editing. Creative happens in offline...now, back to your crack pipe *dear*.
You may be in LA...but you're a pilgrim when it comes to editing--no matter how many years you say you have under your belt.
