You have a set of macros for all the reporters, anchors and writers that the super users set up. Producers also can set up their own macros for anchor reads, accessing wires, putting in fonts. You can also see what other stations that your company owns is working on. The assignment board is 10x better in ENPS.
Having to learn Inews with my new job, I have to say its horrible. Avid should never have gotten into the newsgathering software business. Too many of the shortcuts are confusing, and they slow me down from doing my job. Everyone else at the station seems to love it. I will eventually learn INews, but I'll take ENPS any day over Inews.
