Yes, the incident did happen.
The photographer in question had several sexual harassment complaints against him before this ever occured.

Sorry about the double post:
the photographer taped the whole incident...and then when he was questioned about harassing her...he produced the tape to his bosses and, in effect, said "does she look like she's being harassed to you?"
He thought it would help his case, but it got him fired. I do not know if this Allison Williams is working at another shop, be it print or broadcast media...but I am reasonably assured if she is, it's not in Virginia anywhere.
That's what I know, and this comes from one of the photographer's very close friends at the station.
