Under no circumstances should anyone who cares about their career, take a job at WGCL.
I would say that is ESPECIALLY good advice with Rick Erbach at the helm. The guy is clearly incompetent, in over his head and a little out of whack.
I have no real reason to bash this guy--it's just the truth. Rick Erbach is not a person you want to work for--WGCL is not the kind of station you want to work at--it's a really bad combination.
