Great delivery, good looking, accomplished, polished. Tampa needs more of it. Hey GMs! Get the toads off the desk at each station. Wendy Ryan and Marty Matthews are the only female talent I'd save from the chopping block. Everyone else can go -- old, tired, boring, complacent, and journalistically apathetic.
