thanks for posting what I was thinking. Anyway, I don't want to pay to view old posts, and I've never been in the running for a job in Miami, so I never paid attention.

basically what has been said over and over and over here on on this board:
miami is a fast paced news market
you have a chance to get in if you are young and they perceive you as attractive. If you are female you've got to have a big bust. If you are a guy, you should be a ken doll.
dont worry about being very experienced, because they wont pay for that...infact the more experience you have the more it will count against you.
other than that, there are nice beaches
