Imus had Woodward/Bernstein at 6:30 this morning; Matt Lauer interviewed them at 7AM.
I guess it is a stylistic difference but the Imus questions were better, more open-ended and got better answers.
The Matt Lauer questions were not bad but tended to cut off the two reporters before they were finished.
Ironically, the two reporters were less defensive and more forthcoming on the radio with Imus. |

Imus' interview with Woodward and Bernstein was teriffic. Far better than Matt Lauer's! Imus was well prepared and asked great questions. He's the best.
