Too many "managers" who really don't have a clue as to what's going on and who read wire copy all day.
What the consultant says is true and should always be implemented immediately -- no matter how stupid.
An "inclusive" atmosphere that if you're not in, you can expect to be ignored as an employee and a person.
The desire to keep a look that is straight out of the 1980's...KTRK is a personality driven newscast. Take away the popularity Dave, Don, Gina, Melanie and you have poorly produced news programs with subpar writing. Insiders know that popularity keeps KTRK winning shows -- certainly not content.
On the upside, some talented reporters, producers, photos and editors who deserve more respect.
