Topic Name: CBS News "The Early Show" Message Name: that's what I call spin Date Posted: 06/02/2005 In Reply To: Granted, Early Show started from the basement, but look at the growth, while Today and GMA battle it out, Early Show is sprinting closer and closer to both. Message: of COURSE anything that's #3 in the ratings has more ROOM to grow. that's like a local station going from a 1 to a 1.5 and saying it had a "50 percent increase" it doesn't really tell the whole story, does it?
