I wouldnt have hired her in miami.. but def. market 60...and then maybe after 2 years..miami. |

Funny how some people diss the young ones.
Back in the day, everyone started off in a larger market. My goodness, Barbara Walters started off at the network!
Jane Pauley started off in Indianapolis.
Sam Donaldson said recently that if he were starting off right now, there is no way he would be able to compete.
Funny how things come full circle.
I agree, everyone needs to get the "kinks" out in a smaller market, but there is no reason for someone to spend years moving up the ladder.
