Lifetime movie..taken from one of the books about her.
I started this thread asking where she'd be today...it's amazing how people here are speaking "ill" of the dead.
I had contact with the woman during the height of her career she was very giving ..I'll never forget it..she was a good soul and no one knows where she'd be today she might have turned her life around. |

I'm not sure people here are "speaking ill of the dead," as much as they're trying to honestly answer the question about what Savitch would be doing today, professionally, if she were still living. But to answer that question you have the examine the complete Jessica Savitch--not just the talent, but the demons. And those demons, which are well documented, are fact, and not simple cattiness.
They are what ruined her career then, and what would have kept her from greatness today.
