but take her inner demons out of the equation, and you'd have one of the best nightly network news anchors in the business.
I got into TV news after watching her during my childhood, and was just learning the ropes at my first station when Jessica blew it big time.
So, oddly enough, she served as a role model for what/what not to do.

She was a great performer.
However, she had little more than a very basic grasp of the stories she was reading while anchoring.
That's not the direction I want this busienss to go...but then again, she'd fit perfectly in today's era of looks above all else.
