you wanted to. The post said budget as well as demographic and diversity hires. Budget means how much you pay the employees, i.e. cheaper hires. They both come into play when judging the current state of tv news.

Yes I saw the part about budget. But I responded to you about what you wrote on diversity and demographics, because that is what I did not like. In reality these are all budget hires. A "diversity" hire who is not experienced is a novice and that = budget.
So I think your post should target the budget issue, rather than dragging diversity into this issue.
Try looking at the whole picture please.
