Yes, I do consider myself very lucky to have two choices. It's only because one station heard about the other offering me a job. One station is trying to "one-up" the other. It's not the only position both stations are doing it with. I have friends at both, so I know I'm in a pretty good position now. And my current job is in a great market. I always considered it my 'dream job.'
As I said, I think INEWS is the best for producers - speaking from experience. But, it looks like I'm going to cross over the ENPS. I'm not looking forward to it, but I'll give it a try. |

speak to it.. but we just went from newstar to enps.. and i have to say, once you know your way around enps, it's MUCH better.. oddly enough, the only complaints about enps i've heard around our shop is about one area where someone up higher here said was great.. and that's the assignment desk functions..maybe we don't have the latest updates, but our deskies HATE it with a visceral passion.. but for a reporter, or a producer, it's great.
