All detractors of this president should accept the fact that we're stuck with him.
He may not be able to enunciate or articulate. But what he (and Karl Rover) can do is calculate. He and his 'dog' (not perjorative) know how to count to five, as in Supreme Court (5-4), which got him elected in the first place.
So forget his mangled syntax and do what he does; start counting down the 1200 or so days he has remaining until the White House is up for grabs.
