Rusty covered those storms because they looked nasty at the time, a tornado watch had been issued, and they were headed towards the heart of the viewing area. By the time they got here, they had died down to nothing but a hard rain. Thus, no reason to cut in. Also, you didn't miss any Letterman because Rusty only took time out of commercial breaks. |

He has NEVER done stuff like this before. Come on, a cutin for a WATCH for the NW counties?? From RUSTY?? Without ANY storms in the DMA at the time?? NO WARNINGS in place. That's nothing like him.
