She had a career ending meltdown on live TV that was attributed to being wasted on prescription pills. She was not known as much of a reporter. She was pretty, and one of the first women to break into network news. But she made a lot of enemies and was not liked by her co-workers. A tragic end to her life, but I would bet she would be pretty much out of the public eye had she lived. |

I tend to agree with that. She had cleaned herself up at the time of her death... and the coroner confirmed there were no drugs in her system.
I choose to believe she would be doing something along the lines of Linda Ellerbee. A production company, speeches... a book here and there.
Regardless of her inner demons... I really liked her and thought she was great when she was "on".
