I see it all over the country. It's not surprising it is in Miami as well.
I guess the viewers like watching yougsters or maybe they are just very, very cheap. However, the last time I was in Ft. Lauderdale I saw some decent reporting and some exclusive work especially by WFOR and WTVJ. By the way, What happened to WPLG? It is not just full of much too young people, it is full of some weak story line-ups if you ask me.
