You know, for a guy whose every public utterance is part of our national history, I think President Bush does just fine. Of course Bill and Hillary lovers prefer the well-spoken "Clintonese."

Tony Blair visits next week. This is where Mr. Bush is most pitiful. They will do their joint press conference. At these events in the past, Mr. Bush has sounded like a high school drop-out.
