OK, i am a manager at ktrk.
tell me what's wrong.
let's be an adult about it. you have to be specific and constructive. no personal attacks. I won't respond if it gets mean and non-constructive.
i don't think its contructive to say "he or she is a bad manager". be specific as to why there is a problem.
I also wish to avoid the broad "because it sucks to work there." why does it suck?
you get the idea. if you are constructive, you are better to get your concerns addressed seriously.
taking a broad and mean-spirited apporach will be like a dog chasing his tail. you may feel better about the statement but in the end it will get you nowhere.
have at me. if it takes some time to post, its because I am also trying to get some shows on the air. |
