Message: KDVR Is located in a beautiful building in downtown Denver. The market is nice, the weather is awesome, and there are many very nice people who work there. Bill Dallman is a nice guy for the most part. Many have complained in the past, however, that he tends to promise things to potential employees, but does not follow through with those promises. I know that you could say this about many NDs in this business, but it still frustrates many workers. In my opinion, Bill is not a new's director that sticks up for his employees or stands up to the GM, even when the GM is wrong. Now to the GM, Bill Shneider. He is the biggest problem with KDVR. When he arrived at Fox 31 the overall morale at the station went downhill fast. There were many people who quit literally in the first few weeks after his arrival. He got the GM job when another much more qualified individual was passed up. In my opinion, he came to KDVR with a chip on his shoulder. He seemed to want to prove to people that he could be a GM, without realizing that the place was running smoothly before he got there. I don't follow the ratings in Denver, but I imagine that their ratings are doing well with Fox's improved programming, so why change when things aren't broken. Bill Shneider, however, will eventually be seen for the true man he is...which is one not liked very well, and a man who cannot lead very well either. I do, however, wish all the employees there the very best. Now....Who Am I ??
