Steve Doerr has been there for a couple of years now and except for a naked anchor stunt, hasn't really turned anything around.
Is it time for him to bail before he gets the blame for this not working?
Can't imagine that his ultimate goal is this UHF station in market 16.
My guess, he's hunting for a bigger gig or a GM job somewhere. |

Besides the obnoxious over the top content, WOIO has weak anchors and reporters. Can't think of one main talent that another station in town would want to steal..not one.
Wittman, Dufala, Tancheck, Galetti? None could get hired as a main anchor at 3,5 or 8.
as for the reporters, don't get me started. Cathy Davis, Shannon O'Brien, Catherine Bosley. Frightening.
