MSNBC hasn't had much in the way of success, so how is Phil Griffin someone to keep the Today Show on top? If I'm not mistaken, Phil was responsible for shows like "Donahue", "Alan Keyes" and maybe even the "Savage Country/Mike Savage Show" among other "hits".
