Whenever there's a post about Heidi, we all know it came from Heidi. Or her Ken doll-looking boyfriend. Barbi and Ken, so cute!
So what's up with all the new hires at 30? Blonde, blue-eyed? This isn't 1950 anymore. There are other "colors" out there. So much for diversity. One latina doesn't make you a diverse place. Seriously - I count 5, about to be 6. Any thoughts? |

been in the market since before you were born. know someone from every station, well. know management, from top to bottom. if you have a big name but pull in the amateurs, your product can only sink. it's great to shoot for the stars, but don't be disappointed if you fall short.
