We were attacked and truly felt the freedome of the world as well as our own was at stake. People truly believed in the war effort, and everyone did their part. Unfortunately, we are stuck in a quagmire that is taking our soldiers' lives unnecessarily. WWII vets must truly be ashamed of what we have become...My own father fought in WWII and I'm convinced he would have said going to Iraq is a horrible mistake... |

Fought in WWII and in Viet Nam. He's VERY against the Iraq war, VERY against Bush, and VERY pro-soldier.
