The Gm runs the newsroom because the News Director (jeff wald) is an idiot and only got the job because Hal Fishman wanted someone he could control. Look at what Wald has done at KTLA. Nothing! The mornings lost its strong position and News at 10 is no longer the powerhouse! And look at the lousy hires Wald has made. He hires based on who he can "pick up" at conventions or during interviews. Hope he gets canned. And Fishman should got too! |
