Topic Name: ABC, No HD for the Indy 500?
Message Name: Glad it was noticed,

In Reply To: Guess not. ABC wouldn't even bust those High Def cameras out of the boxes for the race at Indy. They've got them sitting around from the MNF broadcasts. What are the high def cameras doing today? Guess I'll wait for Fox and their HD cameras at the Coca Cola 600 tonight. ABC should be ashamed that the race is not being shown in high def. I can barely watch this fuzzy sh!t.
Message: because it makes ABC totally "bush-league" as far as I'm concerned. I know, some of you will say "not everybody has HD, etc.", but once you've tried it, you'll wonder how you lived without it. HD sets are also very affordable now, and the point is, I didn't bother to watch most of the race for that very reason. Fox, TNT, ESPN and of course CBS and NBC now do a ton of HD sports broadcasts. Somebody, maybe ABC will become a "major" network too.
