I think it was Maury Povich who said tv shows like his and the magazine shows, too, would be out of business were it not for the states of Texas, Florida and California. He rightly noted that the three are noted for their strange and wonderful characters and stories. I think we cannow add to the list the state of Georgia, what with crane man and the runaway bride. You go back to Wayne Williams and the Olympic bomber case and the courthouse shooting and on and on. Yep, Georgia, you're essential, too. What would we do without you?! |
