Used to be a big deal. It was very unusual to have someone climb 50 markets because ND's wanted talent and experience in their people. Now if you have the right look and attitude you can pass Go and collect your big market salary. I see people all the time jumping 100 markets or higher. Just makes me wonder about station management.
