who are you guys kidding? the problems won't be fixed by management. Management is the problem. Shuffle producers? It's the guys making the decisions that need to be moved. |

Let me clarify -- senior management (i.e. the General Manager or better yet, the head of the O&O group) needs to fix the problem. But I don't think that will happen. The Monday-Sunday 10pm win as well as morning, midday and 4pm give them a stay of execution unless Mr. Liss finally puts pressure on Mr. Florsheim to fix the "problem".
You wouldn't believe some of the decisions that've been made that affect the people in the field. I know a number of my colleagues who would leave in a heartbeat if they had another job with comparable pay. Morale is awful, and managers from the news director on down do not care.
