let's be realistic cnc has a great morning show... but they were still pulling 4's at 11... while btv was getting 9's and even 10's.

First, WCNC averaged closed to a 6 during the 11, a definate gain from a year ago, not 4's ... their problem is consistancy and fall off from their leadins. They did get some 4's, but they won at least a couple of nights. CNC's morning show is slowly growing, the early evening shows fell. WBTV is to be congratulated for their their big gains, finally.
The BIG news in Charlotte is that WSOC is falling. I would have thought viewers would watch to see Bill Walker's last days on the air, I assume that's why the announcement of his retirement was made before the book. Apparently viewers decided to sample alternatives during the book. Apparently a big mistake by SOC management.
