be a great career move.. say you spend a couple of years seeing the inside of how they operate..then come back to the states with that on your resume..you just MIGHT find yourself considered an arab and islamic expert that a LOT of people would want to hire for your knowledge of what most consider the "other side", if not the "enemy"..it might well be like some people who've left the business to run for, and win, political office..then come back to news..there are a few of them..and their knowledge of how government REALLY works from the inside is VERY valuable..i'd think about it, if i were young, single, and had the opportunity..
