or does Rachel Nichols of ESPN really suck???? And no this is not a slam against women because Lisa Salters, Linda Cohn, Suzie Kolber and numerous other females do a fine job, but this Nichols lady just seems robotic and way out of her league. What gives?

Very hard to watch. She doesn't even blink during her standups..Check it out. Every time I watch it's the same thing.
She always has this silly little grin, too.
